A name, birth date, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request under its own policy. Mahaska County Warrant Records does not receive or keep those search terms.

No Warrant Data on File
No warrant roster, case database, or person-level warrant file is hosted, compiled, or sold here. The site explains how to use Iowa Courts Online and how to contact the Mahaska County Clerk of Court and Sheriff's Office. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a report about another person.
